Why 'Haum’?

The name “haum” is a play on the words home and aum, the sacred universal sound in Hinduism and yoga, signifying the ultimate reality. As a sacred chant, its vibration is said to have the power to ground and center the self, connecting us to our collective consciousness. For me, home-coaching (designing and tidying) isn’t about creating picture-perfect vignettes, but a sacred process that transforms one’s home into a sanctuary.
